GOP Elo rating system project (outdated)

There is a great desire for an accurate rating system that would reflect skill to an almost true value. This has with great success been done in Chess with the Elo rating system(wikipedia).

The Elo rating system assumes everyone at an infancy rating, say 1000, and goppers will be logisticly distributed in both directions from this mean. Its accuracy is predicated upon frequency of games and intermingling of goppers.

The rating will be based on solo performance. After two people have had a rated 1v1, their new ratings are determined by their old rating difference and how much they win or lose by {0-6, 0.5-5.5, 1-5, ... , 6-0}.

The whole system must undergo its infancy as well, before the numbers reach any significance.

Post your rated 1v1 results (from 0-6, double if with cs) here. Both parties must be aware that this is a rated game if to be evaluated with any significance.

Mathematical details (not neccessary to know):
To have something to work with, we set as a rule that a player with 800 rating advantage over another gopper, is expected to win 5 out of 6 altars.

To arrange it into equations, the expected score of player 1 after a game, E1, with rating R1, against player 2 with rating R2, is given by:

E1 = 6/(1+5^(R2-R1)/800)

Conversely, the expected number of altars won by player 2:

E2 = 6 - E1

E1 and E2 always adds up to 6, as ties count as half a win.

Formula for updating one's rating goes as follows:

R'1 = R1 + K(S1-E1)

Where R'1 is the changed rating of player 1 and R1 the old rating. E1 is the expected score, and S1 is the actual score with respect to player 1. K is the K-value.

Updated rating of player 2:

R'2 = R2 + K((6-S1)-(6-E1))
