Having asked a friend of mine about this, they have infomed me that it is an anti-bot measure.

I hope that helps clear up the confusion a little.

The two people hiding explanation would be unlikley on that Server.

It is not an anti bot measure, It is a glitch. I have recently been able to figure out how to do this through trial and error.

Well, given that the EsperoD1 Gop Bot parties were completely stopped by this "Glitch" it got counted as an anti-bot measure in the community forums my friend quoted.
